Great stay! The breakfast was fantastic with warm bread and plenty of toppings. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a cute view of the courtyard. Plus, we got a free upgrade to an apartment for more space. Super convenient tram stop right outside! 😊

The location was quite convenient and easy to access public transport.

Unfortunately, the elevators do not reach the floors you need, which made maneuvering heavy luggage a bit of a hassle. Additionally, the pillows left much to be desired—more like cushions than proper support. I was also disappointed with the breakfast. it simply did not match the price or expectations.

Unfortunately, the walls were not soundproof, and I could hear noise from the hallway quite clearly. Additionally, while the location was good, it was a bit tricky carrying luggage due to limited elevator access. Lastly, the check-in experience felt a bit impersonal. I expected more engagement from the front desk staff.

The location was perfect for exploring Berlin, with just four tram stops to Alexanderplatz. I found the room cozy and inviting, while the breakfast was delightful, featuring fresh options that made my mornings a joy. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The location made it easy to explore the area, with various eateries within walking distance. However, accessing the room involved navigating steps despite using the lift, and the uneven ground to the entrance posed challenges when bringing in luggage. The coffee available during reception hours was a nice touch.

Room had a flat-screen TV, free toiletries, and a private bathroom. There was a desk and seating area. A clothes rack. Loved the hardwood floors! Enjoyed the quietness and view of the inner courtyard. The location was super convenient with accessible tram services! Would definitely recommend it for a chill stay.
